What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charter Sales Specialist position at Escot Bus Lines?
Work with some of Central Florida’s largest, most influential organizations as a Charter Sales Specialist for Escot Bus Lines. The Charter Sales Specialist works with clients from a variety of industries to support their group transportation needs. At Escot, no two days are the same and the charter specialist requires the ability to multitask and switch gears at a moment’s notice.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive requests for quotes from new and existing clients
- Confirm important order details for clients and the operations department
- Communicate the value of Escot’s services and brand to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain relationships
- Follow up on leads and quote requests
- Research venues and routes for large transportation jobs
- Identify and reach out to new leads
- Receive and update itineraries from clients
- Build and submit orders in a timely manner
Qualifications Include:
· 1-3 years customer care, account management or office administration experience
· High school diploma or GED
o 2 or 4 year degree considered favorable, but not required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
