We are a well-established Commercial Real Estate Company with offices throughout Southern California.
Our Executive Suite Division has an immediate full time opening for a Front Desk Manager. As the Front Desk & Leasing Manager.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be proficient in all Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint.
- Have great organizational and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be energetic, self-motivated, a team player and a problem solver.
- Enjoy smiling, multi-tasking, being of service and striving for excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, tenants and building staff.
- Must have a strong sense of initiative, be a natural implementer with a passion for the job.
- Must have Leasing experience
The position entails, but is not limited to:
Front desk duties:
- Cover the front desk during the center's set business hours and greet all tenants and guests with a welcoming smile.
- Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail. Weekly mail forwarding to virtual tenants. Handling all incoming and outgoing packages for the center Tenants.
- Ensuring all center common areas are clean, stocked, and well prepped for daily use.
- Write and send out any memos relating to building updates to tenants.
- Ability to answer any questions tenants have regarding building, policies and procedures etc.
- Notify tenants of food deliveries, guests, mail couriers etc.
- Keeping the front desk & lobby clean and organized at all times.
Marketing Duties:
- Daily posting of social media platforms Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Nextdoor, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin.
- Entering any and all prospects in Zoho database
- Assisting the Center Manager with marketing email blasts
- Assisting the Center Manager with prospecting, referrals, and community reach outs
- Research new industry trends, brainstorm with the center manager and implement new ideas.
Tenant Event Duties:
- Ability to coordinate effective program planning throughout the year with approval of the manager.
- Organize and promote all events and activities scheduled for the Center.
- Tenant surveys for what they would like to see at the Center.
- Assist in handling tenant issues and concerns in an efficient and professional manner; reporting all concerns to the Manager.
- Assist with tenant weekly & monthly billing reports.
