Recruiter (Palm City)

ESI Works is now hiring a Recruiter in Palm City, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position has a role with responsibilities in the recruiting department of ESI. On-Site; Daily commute required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High school diploma
• Must have prior Recruiting experience
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
• Familiarity with back office software, including the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent data entry skills
• Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks
• Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality
• Strong sense of integrity

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; maintaining positive client/candidate relationships.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System and a variety of other software to track and manage candidates and submittals.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
• Travel to career fairs to search for qualified personnel.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits.
• Reports to Senior Recruiter for review of personal KPI’s, meeting objectives of filling orders.
