How You’ll Support Our Mission   The Training Team is focused on equipping the customer to move from technical readiness to proficient use of their ESO products. The Training Coordinator is a task-driven powerhouse who is obsessed with process and details. You will be familiar with required learning plans and training methodologies we offer and support and ensure our customers follow our best practices through their training journey. Updating internal milestone reports and validating completion of training against industry and company best practices will at the core of your daily activities. You must be able to juggle various priorities based on customer and internal team needs while adhering to operational standards and documentation. You are a “roll with it” and “think on your feet” kind of person with a strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion while being collaborative internally and externally.  The right candidate for this role loves delivering value and supporting customers on the front lines and behind the scenes!   Reporting to the Senior Director of Training you will be part of our Training Team based in our Austin, Texas office.     What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day   ·      Ensure customers and trainers follow the pre-defined Training process; meeting SLAs for each task and ensuring completion of all necessary training and are go-live ready. ·      Communicate Training schedules as customers are ready and schedule training when needed. ·      Learn the training requirements for existing and future products & how they support the overall company mission. ·      Evaluate and complete various client inquiries; utilize communication standards and track all activity via Salesforce. ·      Ensure all internal documentation and milestone tracking is accurate; escalate delays or risks to success to the Training Team in a timely manner. ·      Learn and utilize internal process documentation; maintain procedural documentation and collaborate with teams cross-functionally to develop new processes and update existing workflows to support operating at scale. ·      Identify and escalate risks to remove roadblocks and engage appropriate internal escalation resources. ·      Meet or exceed productivity metrics while enhancing the customer experience.   Who You Are - the essentials   ·      Passion about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our customers and their communities. ·      Commitment to process and continuous improvement to operating at scale. ·      Focus on validation and quality assurance while meeting specific timelines. ·      Solid experience of managing tasks and competing priorities. ·      Experience in a customer communication; primarily via email. ·      Strong organizational and time management skills. ·      Flexible; be able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment ·      Attention to detail and accuracy, in thinking and execution ·      Willingness to learn ·      Ability to meet deadlines ·      Efficiency with motivation to improve through learning.
