5. Experience in leading review of all artifacts for the project, particularly related to the Requirements and QA, UAT
6. Must have at least (5) years of experience in using agile methodologies.

Business Analyst
Position Summary:
The function of the Business Analyst is to understand needs, drive requirements, propose solutions and manage the delivery of multiple cross-functional projects. Additionally, the BA will be required to oversee development, testing and training for all business users along with ensuring the proper evolution of the solutions to meet both functional and technical needs.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for multiple distinct domains within the business community.
Work with the business teams to gather requirements for enhancements, change requests and new functionality.
Conduct workflow analysis and assist in identifying recommendations in systematic and functional process flow.
Identify business and/or system issues and provide alternative options for resolutions.
Project management of services and system sourcing, scheduling, configuration, vendor selection.
Stay abreast of contemporary technology trends, concepts, and regional requirements, and serve as a subject matter expert for the business teams.
