Job Description:
This position will help facilitate the best quality of health care for our patients by providing accurate and specific documentation of patient visits within the practice. Work Experience: Central/West: Medical terminology experience required. East (Contingency): we use the quals on the agency JD which are these and that they hire too. •Exemplary work ethic and professionalism •Excellent verbal and written communications skills •Ability to adapt to individual site needs •Strong computer skills – technological savvy •A typing speed of 50 WPM
Education Qualifications:
Central/West:
Enrolled in or graduate of a medical or healthcare program. If not currently enrolled or a graduate of a degree, requires 1 year of experience as a transcriptionist or medical secretary.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
