Job Description:

The Orthotist is responsible to educate and train employees and patient on the orthotic patient care. Performs patient evaluation, design, fabrication, fitting, and modification including custom designed and fitted orthosis or fitted external limb prosthesis. The Orthotist performs patient assessments, formulates treatment plan, and follows up as needed.
Education Qualifications:
Education in Orthotics.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Certified Orthotist (C.O).
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to Essentia’s insurance provider.
