Job Description:
This position is responsible for clinical care, staff training, quality initiatives, and leading an exceptional nursing team. Provides direct supervision of care staff assigned to these facilities. This position maintains and enhances the therapeutic environment to promote quality of life for residents. This positions ensures the facility complies with and maintains licensure appropriate to an assisted living facility. Work Experience: 2 years’ experience working with senior preferred. Management experience preferred.
Education Qualifications:
No educational requirements.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Licensed Assisted Living Director with the State of MN or ability to obtain within 12 months.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified within one month.
Current RN licensure in appropriate state(s) of employment.
