Marketing & Sales Specialist Responsibilities : Provide top-notch customer service and sales support during in-store interactions where you are marketing and promoting home improvement services Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both retail and client practices Communicate with marketing and sales team to best address customer needs and monitor campaign performance Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by client and our own team Stay up-to-date on latest home improvement trends and demonstrate creative thinking to create innovative marketing campaigns Think on your feet and confidently problem-solve, overturn objections and answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner Marketing & Sales Specialist Requirements : Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration degree preferred Passionate and driven about telling a brand story and enhancing marketability Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed Retail, Sales, Marketing, or Branding background preferred but not required Confident interacting with customers and promoting brand awareness in a retail environment Full time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed Excellent communication and collaboration skills Powered by JazzHR
