Receptionist
Full Job Description:
Essential Therapies is searching for a part-time Receptionist to provide support for the front desk area of its growing personal care business.
Our ideal candidate will warmly welcome clients when they arrive, manage schedules for therapists, answer the phone and return phone messages, and maintain cleanliness and proper set-up in client therapy rooms. We would this candidate to have a flexible schedule to be able to work into early evenings also on some days if needed. General office duties as needed.
Looking for an extremely organized individual with the ability to calmly manage a reception area and work independently. MindBody software experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
$10-$12 an hour
Responsibilities:
Answering phone
Returning phone calls
Scheduling clients and receiving payments
Organize files
Doing Laundry
Setting up client treatment rooms
Maintain front desk reception in a warm and cordial manner
Qualifications:
Experience with MindBody software preferred
Apple/Mac computer experience preferred
Organized
Dependable
Ability to multitask
Ability to make decisions independently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Some college preferred but not required
