Job description
Est Est Est is seeking qualified, hospitality-minded servers who want to enjoy a high energy work environment in our new restaurant. We love to share our love of food and hospitality with our guests and are looking for like-minded team members. Please send your resume if interested!
Servers provide exceptional service to our guests by providing information to help food and beverage selections; presenting order choices; maintaining dining ambiance and engaging with guests and providing outstanding service.
Essential Functions:
· Responsible for greeting every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
· Prepare and present items, organize and maintain a clean service area, clean tables and area, and follow all health codes.
· Ensures that all guests are dealt with in a professional, consistent manner. Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people.
· Take guests’ food and drink orders and ensures that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
· Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
· Provide a safe working by ensuring compliance with safety programs, health department requirements, and job safety analysis.
· Maintain and enforce sanitation laws and safety standards with anyone entering the kitchen and restaurant area.
· Follow all applicable Company Standard Operations Procedures.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
· serving experience required. Hospitality experience desired.

· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

· Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.

Physical Requirements:
· Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by restaurant environmental systems.
· Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours in length.
· Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space.
· Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different floors of the building in a timely manner.
· Must be able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular and continuing basis.
· Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning/inspection tasks.
· Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
· Talking and listening occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors/managers, and subordinates.
· Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
· Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
Other Job Requirements:
· All associates must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Company Standards.
· Regular attendance is conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
· Due to the cyclical nature of the restaurant and hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings are required.
· Upon employment, all associates are required to fully comply with the Company’s rules and regulations for the safe and effective operations of the business. Associates who violate these rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
