Job description: Oracle Cloud HCM- Core HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Worked on requirement analysis, Cloud Configuration, System testing, SIT/UAT support
- Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have good functional knowledge of Transaction Console .
- Must have worked on 2 Production support project and 2 implementation project (multi country exposure).
Qualifications
- Approx. 12-15 years of experience working in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management)
- Extensive knowledge of business processes in US and CA (payroll, end of year, start of year).
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in … Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
