Moderator

Job Overview:
Moderator to manage data collection activities related to central location tests in the market research industry. The Moderator will be responsible for ensuring that data is collected accurately, efficiently, and in a consistent manner across all research sessions. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of data collection methodologies.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and manage data collection protocols and procedures that are tailored to specific research objectives and industry requirements

● Manage data collection equipment and tools, including software and hardware, to ensure that they are functioning properly and are up-to-date

● Troubleshoot any issues related to data collection and provide timely solutions to ensure that data is collected in a reliable and consistent manner

● Conduct quality control checks to ensure that data is accurate and meets quality standards

● Prepare data for analysis by cleaning, organizing, and formatting data in accordance with data analysis protocols

● Collaborate with other members of the research team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard

● Stay up-to-date with the latest data collection methodologies and best practices to ensure that data collection activities are conducted in a rigorous and ethical manner

● Provide excellent customer service to clients and participants throughout the data collection process, including addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in market research, psychology, statistics, or a related field

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Experience with data collection equipment and tools, including software and hardware

● Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, including data cleaning and formatting

● Understanding of market research methodologies and best practices, including central location tests and other data collection techniques

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

● Passion for market research and a commitment to delivering high-quality data to clients
