- This is a part time position with a minimum of 5 hours a day (either 9 AM-2 PM or 11AM-4PM).
- Entry level candidates are acceptable as long as they are willing to learn and work with their hands.
- They will be on their feet the majority of their work hours.
- Opportunity to convert to FTE for the right individual.
- Laptop will be provided.

- The administrative assistant will work directly with the mailroom clerk and under the supervision of the office manager.
- Scanning and saving files
- Data entry
- Filing and organizing documents
- Printing, folding, stamping envelopes
- Operating folding machine and postage machine
- Opening and sorting mail
- Special projects as assigned
- High School diploma with a minimum of one (1) years of general administrative support experience required.
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.
