What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Architect position at eTeam, Inc.?
Job Description
Preferred and required Skills/Experience (anything listing here as required, ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience):
• Strong technical/functional understanding of systems and platform integration (required) with Amazon Connect or other Contact Center and/or SiteCat type Datasets such as Adobe Clickstream (strongly preferred)
• Experience querying data using SQL, Python (required) and Cloudwatch Logs & LexBot Data (preferred)
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (required)and Success KPI (preferred - SuccessKPI will be onboarded & trained for this workstream)
• Thorough understanding of Data Governance principles like source to target mapping, managing data dictionary , developing data flow maps and navigating data systems (required)
• Ability to design and automated mapping using concrete data flow data at scale (required - 5MM Interactions at 100 Log Sequencers per Interaction)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including requirements writing (required)
• Strong attention to detail for Quality Control checks of data (required)
• Previous Contact center experience (required)
This position will report directly to Data Governance and Strategy Leader.
