Job Title- Instructional Designer
Duration – 4 Months with Possible Extension
Location – Mountain View, CA
Pay rate- $59/Hr on W2

Summary
Under limited supervision, develops and implements specified training program to meet assessed needs. The candidate will work closely with Client Ethics & Compliance team to design and develop the global Code of Conduct online training course.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Ethics & Compliance team in developing curriculum, including learning objectives, course outlines, knowledge tests, and related materials.
- Manage the training course development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that training modules are developed on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Develops training curricula, formulates training outlines, and determines appropriate instructional methodologies and formats.
- Evaluates and recommends incorporation of image and/or videos, as appropriate to meet overall training goals and objectives.
- Develop and revise instructional materials, computer tutorials, and reference materials appropriate to the training program.
- Test and evaluate courses to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and gather feedbacks to fine tune training modules.
- Maintain the accuracy of training contents in the web-portal environment.
- Ensure that courses are accessible and user-friendly for a diverse range of learners.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in curriculum design and instructional methodologies.
- Experiences with training authoring tools specific to Articulate Storyline.
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate web-based training courses.
- Proficient in multimedia production such as graphic design, video editing, and audio production.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Experience with Ethics and Compliance training course designs is strongly preferred.
