We're looking for a Program Manager who shares these values to join our team. You will focus on supporting the strategic Cloud go-to-market play in the Country, specifically to drive pipeline for the Cloud Management portfolio. You will partner with the Country Enterprise Cloud Marketing Director to shape program strategy and execution of high-touch and impactful programs that drive demand and pipeline.
With a strong understanding of sales and business objectives, you will have a strong operational focus to ensure we have the right processes and plans in place to meet our objectives. Your job will be to work with a multi-disciplinary team to execute on Cloud Management demand and sales acceleration programs in the Country. The ideal candidate requires strong skills in account-based marketing and can analyze and consume data and market analytics to drive sales qualified pipeline and revenue.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
As the Program Manager you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of Cloud Management marketing programs to drive demand and pipeline. You’ll be responsible for leading the execution of programs across the Country and reporting success metrics for those programs, including creating event recaps and slides. The role will require a proven ability to work with sales and internal constituents through all marketing channels, and must have the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. For example, sales, digital marketing and the Country marketing team, including our partner marketing team.
What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
As a part of the Country Solutions Marketing team you will:
• Understand sales and business objectives, buyer personas/influencers, the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, channels, and calls to action for prospects in key accounts in the region.
• Leverage Client to track program success and ensure effective lead routing across all programs. Collaborate with lead management team to address routing challenges as needed.
• Partner with Global Demand, the Digital Center of Excellence, Product Marketing and regional stakeholders to execute on integrated multi-channel programs, including both on- and offline activities such social campaigns, email, virtual or in-person events, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture and channel activities
• Manage vendors that contribute to program execution to ensure they are meetings our goals. Review promotional materials they create to ensure they are on message.
• Track and analyze results to show program effectiveness and continually refine for optimal return on investment. Create content as needed for director to present results to sales leadership.
• Collaborate with segment specialty sales leadership to ensure marketing programs are being optimized.
• Leverage data tools and other leading martech (ex. Client, Marketo, Marketing Dashboard) as needed
Qualifications:
• BA/BS with minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, including digital and event marketing. MBA preferred.
• Tech industry experience preferred
• Position includes a mix of both strategy and execution
• Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques including ABM, multi-touch outbound, social selling, content syndication, omni-channel nurture, predictive lead scoring, content, etc.
• Collaborator with marketing, product teams, sales and partners who understands the value of organizational alignment in achieving goals
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Knowledge of Client competitive landscape a plus
• Someone who can not only come up with innovative ideas, but develop and execute on them
• Ability to remain flexible through changes as we continuously adapt to meet customer demands
