Job Title: RN - SNF
Shift: 8 hrs.*5| 3:30 pm - 12:00 am (Monday – Friday)
Location: New York NY 1002
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated RN who has min. 1 year of experience in SNF or Med/Surg department to join our team. This role requires a professional with strong skills and a commitment to quality patient care. Urgent Opening, Direct Offer. Hurry Up, Please apply!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administering non-intravenous medications.
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
Qualifications:
· Education:
Associate's Degree
· Experience:
Should have 1 year of experience in SNF or Med/Surg department
- Licenses and Certification:
BLS - AHA
NY RN License
Compensation and Benefits:
