Quality Control Manager – MEDICAL DEVICES – $80k
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Responsibilities
  • Lead team of QC Inspectors and manage the Calibration Program
  • Report Monthly Objectives
  • Perform/manage the test and inspection lab for advanced product testing
  • Perform inspections of products at incoming, in process and final as needed
  • Execute investigations for NCMRs, CAPAs and Customer Complaints as needed, Root Cause Analysis
  • Specify new metrology, installing, debugging, and documenting in the use of the devices/test methods.
  • Support quality related processes such as nonconformances, change control, calibration, customer complaints, CAPA (root cause analysis) and equipment qualification and process validation
  • Perform employee annual reviews and individual management, cross training
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience with direct reports in a Quality Supervising or Management role
  • Expertise in medical device QMS requirements including FDA regulations and ISO 13485
  • Experience completing Gage R&R/test method validations
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in operating various PMI’s – micrometers, verniers, vision systems, profileometers
  • Experience in use of Minitab
  • Blueprint Reading
  • GD&T
