Planning Coordinator
We have an immediate opportunity for a Planning Services Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred
- Sales and customer service experience that promotes exceptional relationship-building, honesty, and sensitivity.
- Ability to build relationships from new leads and referrals.
- Manage account services, and follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.
- Must have strong integrity, be honest, trustworthy, and strong ethical-in-nature.
- Ability to effectively provide support, guidance, and advice during all event & service planning.
Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Strong relationship-building background.
- Strong listening and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Event planning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Event Coordination/Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Waterloo, IA (Preferred)
