Responsibilities:
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- on-call for visits as necessary
- Providing nursing care as needed including specialized skills.
- Assessing needs and communicating significant findings, problems, patient’s or family's needs.
- Solid support system and part of an on-call team
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- COVID vaccination required
- RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, home care preferred
- Acute care experience highly desired
- Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Excellent observation, problem solving and communication s
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
