RN Senior Supervisor of Home Health
Responsibilities:
- Patient and personnel assignments
- Implementation and coordination of all patient care programs
- Coordination and supervision of Field staff RNs during benefit period
- Staff Education and Training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
- Standards of Performance for Branch Operations
Requirements:
- Current License as a Registered Nurse
- 4 years of clinical experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in skilled home health
- OASIS expertise
- Supervisory experience
- Strong clinical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
