Events Manager

We're looking for a full-time Events Manager to work with our Traffic team. As an Events Manager, you’ll support the planning and coordination of ClickFunnels’ conferences and events. Our ideal Events Manager is an exceptionally organized problem solver with a passion for executing first-class events of all sizes. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit and the ability to execute a project from conception through close-out.

About You

You have at least 2 years experience. You’re passionate about planning and managing events, and ensuring that all the moving pieces run smoothly. You’re adaptable to change and work well both independently and as part of a team.

You’re great at motivating people. You live and breathe being high energy and helping others succeed. You can coach and train, and foster an awesome team atmosphere for the crew working the events.

You’re a pro at being organized. You’ve got strong planning, organizational, and communication skills and you’re not afraid to use them.

You’re analytical, methodical, and work with a high degree of accuracy. You are detail-oriented and care about the nitty gritty.

You're a team player. You have an open mind to learn from others on your team and you are confident sharing your ideas with all levels of the organization. You realize working and collaborating with others creates better outcomes for you, your team and our company.

You are flexible. You are willing to practice adaptability in our fast-moving, high-growth environment. You understand change is a part of daily work and you’re comfortable keeping a fast-pace, working in some ambiguity and striving to get clarity through excellent communication.

Things You Might Do

In your day-to-day work, here are some things you’ll be doing:

• Flexing your communication and time management skills, thinking outside the box, and thriving in a fast paced environment
• Coordinate inventory ordering and shipments to proper events
• Impeccable customer service skills – you’ll be interacting with customers, team members, founders, vendors etc
• Coordinate Food & Beverage Selections
• Negotiate with venues, event vendors, contractors, hotels, etc. on costs, proposals and details
• Coordinate with external party event services
• Manage, update and report on Funnel Hacking Live ticket sales, event registrations and other key stats
• Create, coordinate and organize event assets; welcome letters, swag and agenda for all events to attendees and stakeholders
• Communicate accordingly with ClickFunnels Customer Experience team on events
• Create, maintain and execute event budget within the pre-approved expenditure allotments.
• Manage and direct planning/execution of timelines and logistics for each event.
• Coordinate all Flight/Travel Details
• Coordinate all hotel room blocks/bookings
• Create and maintain all Event Team templates/SOPs

• Correspond to Events email requests
