Description
As Weekend Supervisor you would lead the Customer Support team on our weekends from our Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters. This role will require you to work two consecutive full day weekend shifts: Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sundays 12pm to 8pm with the ability to flex your remaining hours between other days during the week – of your choice. This position offers flexible scheduling, fun atmosphere and culture, and advancement opportunities within the organization. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to balance multiple tasks at a single time while overseeing on-site staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage internal communications channels and advise staff accordingly.
- Provide professional and prompt service to Etix support staff as a Leader
- Assign duties and arrange skills for all employees scheduled
- Handle escalated customer service issues and complaints
- Fulfill ticket orders and process ticket sales via phone
- Occasional administrative support including but not limited to data entry, filing and heavy lifting (30lbs.)
- This position requires heavy computer and phone work. Does not require travel.
Job Requirements
- Availability to work in-office 9am-8pm EST Saturdays 12pm-8pm Sundays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years experience previous call center experience.
- The ability to exercise judgment and discretion in day-to-day operations
- The ability to learn quickly, adapt and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to and from working location
- The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and clients
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and GSuite (Gmail, google docs, google sheets, google drive)
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Some high school education required
