Purpose: Customer Service is the heartbeat of our company. We depend on our Call Center employees to serve our customers like neighbors. As a representative, you will create a personal customer experience at every step of the journey.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world class technology.
- Limited customer communication via phone and email.
- Analyze customer problems and research to provide best possible solution.
- Create new invoices for missing, damaged, incorrect items to provide timely solutions to neighbors.
- Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Teamwork amongst peers and management to grow and adapt new processes to ensure the best customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Having an interest in Outdoor activities is a plus
