Restaurant Supervisor

$22-$26 / Hour (Depending on Experience), Full-Time
Overlooking Lake Placid's charming downtown, our client has been offering a luxury visitor experience for almost 100 years and they want you to join their team as a Restaurant Supervisor!
Your day-to-day as a Restaurant Supervisor :
- Provide ongoing staff training for improved service and product knowledge
- Circulate restaurant floor to ensure service meets company standards and guest satisfaction
- Supervise dining room setup, maintenance, and operations
- Drive business growth through marketing, sales increase, and cost reduction efforts
Your skills and experience :
- Previous experience in a similar management role is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are required
- Enjoy physical work - Able to lift and move items weighing 30lbs or more
- Self-motivated leader willing to work in a fast-faced environment
- Quick problem-solving skills and adept at managing server & guest needs
