The Manager, Finance plays a pivotal role in the FP&A team, supporting the financial operations of ETS at a Product/Function, or Corporate level. This includes managing three-year, annual, and quarterly plan/forecast cycles, monthly close, and performance reporting. The role involves providing financial insights through reports or presentations and coordinating with various corporate units, businesses, and functions to support alignment and facilitate strategic decision-making.

The Manager, Finance plays a pivotal role in the FP&A team, supporting the financial operations of ETS at a Product/Function, or Corporate level. The role involves providing financial insights through reports or presentations and coordinating with various corporate units, businesses, and functions to support alignment and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to support strategy, budget, forecast, and close cycles
- Effectively communicate performance at a high level, while understanding and emphasizing key drivers across designated area
- Provide high-level financial insights and conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify key issues or trends
- Collaborate with Financial Transformation & Systems teams:
- Manage and develop finance staff
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 5 years of progressively responsible financial experience
- Prior experience analyzing financial data for a mid to large size organization and preparing reports for management required
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting and or finance in positions of increasing responsibility
- Proficiency with managerial reporting is critical
- Strong analytical, management and planning skillset
