To fuel our continued growth, we're looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role will require in-person attendance in our NYC, Midtown office, 2 to 3 times a week.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in our MarTech stack: You'll oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of our marketing automation platform, CRM, and other marketing technologies.
- Streamline campaign execution: Develop and manage efficient workflows for campaign creation, execution, and measurement across all marketing channels.
- Drive data-driven decision-making: You'll be responsible for marketing data analysis, reporting, and creating insights to inform campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Embrace marketing automation: Identify opportunities to automate marketing tasks and processes to improve efficiency and free up team bandwidth.
- Be a champion of best practices: Develop and implement marketing operations best practices that ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage marketing budgets: Work collaboratively with marketing leadership to develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively research and recommend new marketing technologies and tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with customer success, sales, and product to ensure seamless campaign execution and data flow.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices
- Strong understanding and work experience with Google Slides.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms specifically Canva, Hubspot, and Mailchimp.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with marketing budgeting a plus
