What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Eurasian Auto Repair?
Only accepting applicants with 2 years of Automotive Service Sales experience!
Your application will NOT be considered without AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE experience. We are looking for candidates with minimum sales training requirements that are able to understand and convey automotive verbiage. If this isn't you, don't apply. We want Service Writers that are ecstatic about the industry and passionate about cars.
Independent is preferred, but not required.
Eurasian is a small independent repair facility. We involve ourselves in community outreach, charity programs and working with our neighbors. Every day you will:
- Greet customers and be the absolute point of contact from intake to release of their vehicles
- Understand and relay car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete in a specialized system
- Order necessary parts from suppliers and follow through until delivered to technicians
- Ensure that automotive work and service provided to customers meet standards
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
- May be required to attend classes (paid) (via Zoom)
Essential Demands:
- Regularly interacts with employees and customers.
- Work includes frequent movement around the facility and the outdoor parking lot and movement in and out of cars. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit.

Pay:
- Base pay is guaranteed and is paid on top of commission
- Commission is paid weekly and based on all sales after training.
