Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking an energetic and reliable Property Accountant to perform day-to-day accounting for our company.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Property Accountant prepares and analyzes the business’ multifamily portfolio of financial records. They compile financial statements, review data, and ensure financial compliance. They are responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, tax returns, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, forecasting and budgeting. The Property Accountants also analyze corporate financial operations to ensure the business is running efficiently. The Property Accountant lead various projects and the team in accounting exercises as needed. To be successful in this role the property accountant must have RealPage and Multifamily Real Estate accounting experience. Ideally, someone with some leadership/management experience who possess solid expert level experience with understanding of OneSite Leasing and rents and how that data flows into Onesite Accounting.
