The Office Manager will oversee all office operations, handle information requests, assist with clients and order products..
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team and customers to assist in completing product ordering through various vendors
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients as needs by assisting with general questions and issues
- Assist clients in understanding credit options and processing credit applications requests working with multiple vendors
- Closely monitor and track order status through the companies CRM system
- Complete general accounting tasks including journal entries
- Interact daily and coordinate with owners on daily priorities and various tasks as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as deemed necessary
Required Skills/Experience:
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
