Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Digital/Social Media Expertise
- Strong strategic planning skills. Craft social media plans/campaigns/calendar
- Expert in all aspects of social media
- Produce digital assets and distribute content via social channels and company websites, etc.
- Experienced with social listening and content distribution tools like Sprinklr and Oktopost
- Works with marketing team to assist in development and execution of webinars
- Serves as point person on video shoots and social post campaigns to ensure smooth execution and follow up
Creative/Analytical Skills
- Plans and edits projects/campaigns for use in omnichannel environment
- Comfortable with use of products in Adobe Suite
- Knows how to measure and report on results
- Topnotch written and visual skills
- Execute programs according to marketing budgets and closely track all related costs
- Track customer feedback and initiate process improvements as identified
- Perform special projects and other related duties as requested by management
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Collaborative/Organizational Skills
- Knows their way around a highly collaborative matrixed organization
- Identify, assemble, and organize requirements; establish contracts; develop and manage schedules and budgets to ensure success
- Oversee all vendors as needed to ensure the successful execution of contracts on time and within budget
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver on digital strategies
- Social media depth and how to get best results for technical, B-2-B business
- Video and photography skills a plus
- Creative and production capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Can work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (4-6 years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major).
- 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or adjacent.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of digital campaign creation and distribution.
- Experienced with video and photography used on company website and shared through social outlets.
- Knows how to navigate the social ecosystem.
- Great at story-telling, both verbal skills and visual.
- Resides within a commutable distance to the Eurofins Lancaster, PA campus.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
