Job Description
- Coordinating with department leadership and contractors regarding project status
- Working with warehouse management to order equipment and material needs
- Use of CMMS to document project information
- Able to utilized shop tools and equipment to include Table saws, routers, shapers, etc.
- Able to read drawing and follow design specs
- Keep Construction Team and leadership updated
- Able to add and subtract fractions
Qualifications
Ideal candidate would possess:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finish Carpentry in installing cabinets, casework, and countertops
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Drywall Hanging or Finishing, Metal Framing & Construction
- Ability to learn a variety of operating systems in a timely fashion
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, willingness to learn, ability to problem solve, and a positive attitude
- Self-Starter and able to work independently
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Bonus Qualifications:
- Cabinet building experience
- Laminate counter top construction experience
- Open mindset in a rapidly evolving industry
Additional Information
Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, first shift, plus additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
