What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry chef position at Evanston?
Should be ceative and genuinely enjoy working with food. Must be reliable with a good grasp of baking techniques and food service sanitation.
Should have experience ordering, scheduling and managing a kitchen. Experience baking seasonally and sourcing locally is a plus.
