EVAPAR is currently looking to fill our role of Parts Specialist. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working with small engines and air compressors. Exceptional customer service skills as well as the ability to work well with a team are qualities, we look for in at every level of employment at Evapar. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Parts research for internal and external customers using phone, internet, and parts books
- Accurately process customer purchase orders and order parts as needed.
- Oversee high-level customers such as OEMs
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and accounting).
- Communicate and coordinate with the other Evapar locations
- Communicate with vendors/manufacturers on parts needs, lead times, and open orders
- Handle walk-in customers
Position requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and can work independently.
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple time-sensitive responsibilities.
- Relevant experience in industrial or commercial parts environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of business computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Mechanical and technical experience with parts schematics, service documents, and wiring diagrams.
