```Duties```
As an Event Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and memorable event setups. Your duties will include:
- Designing and setting up event decorations according to client specifications
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Selecting appropriate decor items such as centerpieces, linens, lighting, and floral arrangements
- Ensuring all decorations are set up in a timely manner before the event
- Overseeing the breakdown and removal of decorations post-event. Helping Load and unload decor items to and from the venue.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute multiple events simultaneously
- Experience in events management or related fields such as wedding planning
- Exceptional guest services skills to cater to clients' needs effectively
- Ability to negotiate with vendors for the best prices on decor items
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle last-minute changes efficiently
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
- Marketing knowledge to promote services and attract potential clients
- Experience in wedding management and coordination is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
