Schedules Available: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 40 hour/week; exempt position
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, developing and administering the human resource program within the basic policies of the nursing home
Formulates, implements and supervises programs relative to selection, orientation, promotion and welfare of personnel and employer-employee relations
Oversees all aspects of payroll
Various administrative aspects include contract management, workers’ compensation, benefits management
Requirements/Qualifications:
o Experience/education as HR Generalist
o At least (2) years’ experience in long term care or similar setting
o Experience in DOH survey process (preferred)
