What we’re looking for:

Dedicated and skilled Service/Inventory Manager committed to performing high-quality repairs and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading the service (repairs), inventory, and warehouse activities of the business, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Work schedule would be Monday - Friday from 9am – 6pm. No weekends!

Our Movers/Drivers must meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • 2 years of experience in product assembly/repair, product delivery, and warehouse experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to effectively communicate information to customers in a professional manner
  • Able to read, write, and comprehend assembly and inventory processes
  • Able to use small tools to assemble, disassemble, and manipulate furniture pieces
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and organizing skills
  • Possesses a friendly and approachable demeanor as well as a positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to professionally direct the work of others as well as work together with members of the team to achieve the needs of the business and our customers
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic with reliable attendance

What you’ll do:

  • Accurately diagnose issues with merchandise, review warranty agreements with proof of purchase, and provide estimate for repairs in a timely manner.
  • Perform necessary repairs to restore them to their original condition in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Schedule maintenance appointments and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Manage inventory of tools, service parts, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support repair activities.
  • Manages all aspects of merchandise inventory and maintains the inventory management system, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and meet the needs of the business.
  • Organizes and maintains the delivery schedule and directs the work of the warehouse associates, ensuring warehouse objectives and customer expectations are achieved.
  • Transports merchandise from store to customer or vice versa in a safe and timely manner, as needed.
