Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in entering and paying all wage garnishments
- Process property payroll transfer reports
- Ensure benefits deductions are accurate
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity
- Provide support to leadership team for various other accounting related projects
- Preparing payroll information needed for bi-weekly payroll processing and maintaining payroll records
- Prepare employee payroll and respond to payroll inquiries
- Review and reconcile payroll exception reports each payroll processing
- Prepare payroll for submission to Corporate payroll
- Processing the organization's payroll and compiling payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records
- Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy and help audit payroll during payroll processing
- Approve new payroll processing procedures
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries
- Maintain employee payroll records in employee files
- Activate new payroll profiles and assist employees with electronic payroll access
- Providing back-up to payroll processing and filing payroll documents
- Analyze audits, reconcile and resolve complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing
- Perform other payroll related duties
