Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily Commercial operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and team supervision.

Duties:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the company's commercial operations, including production, logistics, quality control, and customer service

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth

- Proficient in strategic planning and project management

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement

- Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
