PAY RANGE:
Analyst I: $49,200 - $61,500
Analyst II: $60,200 - $75,300
Sr Analyst: $76,400- $101,800
Lead Analyst: $89,900- $119,900
Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Job may require additional hours with short notice.)
Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Digital Product Manager you are customer-focused, have a growth mindset and are motivated by solving complex problems. You believe that to make impactful change you need to invest in relationships and you get things done by being responsive and curious. Our goal is to rethink and simplify the way in which we do business by combining low code application development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and analytics to digitize manual tasks that ultimately improve processing accuracy, speed, consistency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with all layers of the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, create technology visions, product roadmaps and business cases
Assess feasibility for internal product or automation opportunities
Define and prioritize product features, functionality, and user experience to ensure a compelling product that drives business value
Draft user stories, business process workflow diagrams and procedural documentation
Lead working sessions with product developers to iteratively build product
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met, and delivery timelines are achieved
Support stakeholders and track product performance and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends with the Microsoft Power Platform
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field
3 years of experience in product management or similar roles, including experience with building new applications, automating business processes, agile delivery, change management and product support
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required
Inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans
Communicates and facilitates effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
Practiced in continuous improvement, lean methodologies, process reengineering or design thinking
Experience with advanced analytics and data-driven decision making
Strong debugging, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to extract key themes and determine root causes
Perseverance to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure on individual and team related basis
Experience with the Microsoft PowerPlatform or other low-code and RPA toolsLicenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
Must maintain a valid driver's license.
