Description
Everi is looking for an experienced Product Owner for our transformative, industry-leading digital solutions CashClub Wallet Team! In this role, you'll make strategic decisions and use case-based specifications to capture technical business requirements for our Payments Product development team. You'll have the opportunity to partner with 3rd Parties for integrations and be part of a digital-first application that we are very excited about!
CashClub Wallet® is a sophisticated, interactive digital wallet that consolidates payment options for casino patrons creating a faster, safer, and more premium experience. Through integration with Everi’s CashClub® software and full-service kiosks, CashClub Wallet enables casino patrons to easily utilize and store multiple payment methods, move funds into and around the casino/resort via an expanding set of touchpoints, and when, where, and how they engage.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Track product priorities, activities, issues, and progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and communicate business requirements.
- Develop specifications and user stories to capture requirements.
- Create and maintain product documentation.
- Ensure alignment with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Organize product backlogs and break down initiatives into deliverable features.
- Ensure compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing support and act as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products and processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist in go-live activities.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in a product owner, business analyst, or project management role; FinTech/Banking/Payments operations experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to track activity, communicate effectively, manage customer expectations, identify problems and risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly identify client needs and translate them into user stories.
- Strong experience creating Technical User Stories.
Nice to Have's:
- Experience with integrating 3rd party vendors with applications, like funding sources, POS integration, or food ordering.
- Mobile-first or digital/interactive experience.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 90K- $115K annually.
