We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our account management team, specifically focusing on lighting and recycling.

Your role:

As an account manager at EverLights, you will play a vital role in our mission. We are looking for candidates who embody the following characteristic:

Independent worker: you thrive in an autonomous work environment and can manage your time efficiently.

Experience: You have a proven track record of sales, specifically in lighting solutions, and can demonstrate your ability to meet and exceed targets. B2B experience and ability to create relationships with our clients is essential.

Hard worker: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, put in the effort, and go the extra mile to achieve your goals.

Goal-Oriented: You are driven by results and consistently strive to achieve and surpass your sales objectives. Enjoy being a top producer in a metric-based environment. Must have the ability to reach quarterly objectives.

White Glove Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service is second nature to you, and you always put the customer first.

Lead Generation: You have a knack for identifying and cultivating new sales leads as well as nurture our existing client base.

Sustainability/Recycling Experience: You have a passion for sustainability and possess knowledge or experience in recycling practices, with a focus on lighting solutions.

Our target customer base:

ESCO, environmental/ hazard waste, roadway construction, lighting management companies, and light roadway municipalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
