We are seeking a highly-motivated sales representative for our North Shore location.

About You

Our ideal candidate must be relationship-driven, highly self-motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, possess outstanding communication skills, and know how to close business.

In this role, you will team up with senior manager who can offer in-depth industry knowledge and sales support to enable you to educate clients about why EverLine Coatings delivers outstanding services for their needs. Most importantly, you must have a passion for sales and being part of a close-knit team while delivering on measurable goals.

Territory

● You will be assigned a defined sales territory in Eastern Massachusetts

● Ideally, candidates will live in or near the territory and be familiar with the local businesses and geography.

Responsibilities

● Be tenacious. Conduct follow-up calls and emails with qualified prospects until estimates are accepted and asphalt maintenance work is ultimately closed, scheduled and paid for.

● Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas

● Create a sales territory plan focused on client growth, retention, referrals, and revenue generation.

● Effectively utilize our CRM system and follow deal status reporting processes

● Develop relationships with other industry professionals in your territory, such as property managers, designers, architects, builders, golf course turf managers, and commercial property managers

● Represent the EverLine Coatings brand according to brand standards and policy, focusing on exhibiting our D.R.I.V.E.N. principles every day

● Foster strong relationships with internal teams (operations, crews, support) to ensure alignment in meeting client needs

Skills and Experience

● Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales track record of closing business in an assigned territory

● Must have a customer-first attitude and excellent communication and relationship skills

● Team player with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment

● Valid drivers license (Class A or B a plus)

Work Schedule

● Schedule: We are a 24-hour business. Typical hours will be business hours Monday to Friday, but sales calls during weekends and after-hours during busy periods may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

● This role has a base salary. We compensate commissions at above-average rates for the industry and there is no cap on commissions earned.
