Head of Operations
We are seeking an experienced and extremely detail-oriented and organized Head of Operations to oversee daily activities. You will be responsible for all operations at Everlong and will report directly to the CEO and COO. This is a unique role in that you will lead the development of our operations, build out the team, and set the standard for processes, efficiency, and productivity for the future of our company. From the beginning, you will manage a team of 10, including a Customer Success Manager with whom you will work closely, and the size of your team will increase 3-5x. Experience in digital health, tech, healthcare, or a related field that is fast-moving and/or progressive is a plus.

This position is for a full-time, 100%-remote Head of Operations. You must reside in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities
- Manage all licensing and credentialing requirements for the entire team
- Develop the team, including screening candidates, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding
- Execute 1:1s, team meetings, performance reviews, and disciplinary and corrective actions, as needed
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to resolve customer issues and enhance the entire customer experience
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute operational plans that support the company's long-term vision
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, unparalleled quality, and accountability
- Identify areas for process improvement, and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance product and service quality
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's operations
- Utilize data-driven insights and reports to assess operational performance and make informed decisions
- Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting key operational metrics and KPIs
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (does not need to be in operations or business)
- 4 years of proven experience in operations (experience in digital health, tech, healthcare, or a related field that is fast-moving and/or progressive is a plus)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams of at least 5 personnel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Unwavering confidence with an ability to manage and execute several things simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with a Type-A personality
- Tech-savvy and extremely creative
