Position Summary:
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) position engages with National Wireless accounts to grow and retain the very profitable client base by building and preserving trusting relationships. The CRM is the principal liaison between Everstream and his/her assigned client base. They provide ongoing account support, project communication, pricing and order management in addition to identifying opportunities for growth. The CRM works closely with the National Wireless Sales Team as well as other Everstream teams to ensure each client’s needs are adequately and consistently addressed. A CRM should be analytical and strategic, identifying issues and communicating solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction. From initial onboard meetings to quarterly business reviews, internal escalations, account dispute resolution and contract management focusing on increasing overall spend, the CRM sets and manages expectations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The CRM is a client advocate who engages with the client to understand and address their requests while maintaining Everstream core values.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage top contracted National Wireless accounts
  • Client satisfactions and retention
  • Client profitability and churn reduction
  • Forecast revenue and realized rate
  • Technology Business Planning
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Escalation
  • Quarterly Business Review with clients
  • Client communications
  • Coordinate with client account team in order to leverage resources as needed
  • Identify and propose additional products and services
  • Generate leads as referrals from client base
Requirements:
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% or 7-10 days per month throughout the United States
  • Minimum of 5 years (three years preferred) of work experience in account management
  • Proven sales experience and client retention results.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to learn new concepts, applications and technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • The ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to non-technical people
  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through
