EveryMyundo enables airlines to grow their direct channel and own their customers.
We are seeking to add a Training Specialist to our Engagement Services team. The ideal candidate is based in Miami, FL, though we may consider remote candidates.
The Training Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the success of our customers, partners and employees. Responsible for the delivery of live in-person sessions and the creation, as well as routine maintenance, of source content/videos for all training courses. In order to succeed in this role, the Training Specialist must extensively learn all EveryMundo products, related technologies, processes, services, etc. and be able to translate that understanding into educational experiences that help ensure knowledge transfer and skill development of all relevant parties. The Training Specialist will report to the Director of Engagement Services.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Prepare all instructional materials, design and set up courses, including customizable refreshers
- Own the process to gather requirements for new courses and work in tandem with other teams to develop necessary materials to train customers, partners and employees
- Conduct online or in-person sessions with customers and partners, as required
- Manage training calendar and queue
- Maintain repository of product training videos and materials
- Maintain up to date backups of all courses and relevant materials
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS), as well as any other software required for training efforts (CRM, file sharing folders, etc.)
- Work with business and product teams to create and revamp courses according to product updates
- Work with management to select and onboard necessary software to enhance training
- Work with Marketing to release and update a public-facing training platform and materials
- In coordination with manager, develop and maintain a certification program
- Work with manager and relevant teams to understand training needs for partners
- Conduct post-training evaluations and surveys. Provide basic data analysis to improve course quality, boost training effectiveness and expand offering, as needed
- Implement feedback from company stakeholders into training courses and relevant materials
- Make recommendations on process improvements
- Develop and uphold training standards for consistent design across courses/sessions and quality of information during delivery, regardless of the format (materials, in-person or online sessions, workshops, recordings, etc.)
- Report on status of training initiatives and progress to Director of Engagement Services
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 2 years experience in training and management of eLearning platform
- Understanding of learning pathways
- Up to date knowledge on eLearning best practices
- Experience in preparing sophisticated training courses on user interactions with software
- Experience with developing training aids to promote self-service
- Knowledge of survey development and tools (i.e. SurveyMonkey)
- Knowledge of database, e-mail and presentation software
- Experience developing and managing a certification program
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) as well as Google cloud-based equivalents (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, and Forms. Google Data Studio, a plus)
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management
- Ability to function professionally at a high level in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines and stakeholders
- Highly accountable and team oriented with ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Within 3 months of employment
- Complete product training and develop understanding of the EveryMundo product catalog
- Review available courses and make suggestions on improvements
- Complete setup of previously scheduled eLearning courses
- Manage training calendar for all upcoming sessions
- In coordination with manager, make adjustments to courses in training platform, according to product updates and following processes established in EveryMundo’s Product Life Cycle
Within 6 months of employment
- Draft certification requirements for one or more courses
- Conducts product training sessions, developing materials and identifying needs as well as resources to ensure product engagement and promote customer self-service
- Develop individual project timelines for short, mid and long-term training initiatives, seeking coordination with manager, as required
- Set up training courses on platform
Within 12 months of employment
- Manages day to day responsibilities pertaining to customer and partner training and onboarding
- Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to all departments concerning training initiatives
- Collaborates with Partners Manager to enhance certification program
