Overview:

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team providing orthopedic support in an Evansville, IN medical center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
• Assist with catheterization procedures and provide necessary care
• Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Conduct discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies
• Provide specialized care in areas such as memory care, ophthalmology, or behavioral health
• Utilize electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic) to document patient information accurately

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in [state/region]
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Proven experience in case management and coordinating patient care
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,200.00 per week
