Job Description
$55-$75/clinical hour (based on experience and skill level). Full-time position.
We are hiring a Colorado licensed psychotherapist/mental health counselor. This is an hourly W-2 employee position. Maintain a minimum of 25 client therapy hours a week for full-time status. Additional hours consist of weekly meetings, supervision, and administration. Ability to work with individuals who are dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and trauma with the use of somatic, trauma, attachment, parts work, EMDR, and mindfulness-based modalities. Experience in all of these modalities is a plus but not required. The caseload will consist of private-pay, Medicaid, and insurance clients. Must be able to see clients in-person at our office in Boulder, Colorado. Experience conducting outdoor therapy is not required; training is provided. While some telehealth sessions may be conducted, this is not a remote position. Minimum of a 3-year contract.

Duties and responsibilities
- Attend team meetings and supervision
- Prompt email and voice communication
- Conduct consultations
- Conduct client sessions
- Maintain clinical notes, treatment plans, and records in accordance with DORA, Colorado state, HIPPA, and insurance laws and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. level education
- LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist licensure status in the State of Colorado
- Experience with the majority of previously stated evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities (all are not required)
- Previous EMDR training is desired but not required
- Experience in trauma therapy
- Experience using somatic therapy skills
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and within a team environment
- A deep, personal connection with the natural world
- Must be able to work some evening and weekend hours
- Minimum three-year commitment
