Responsibilities:
The Ideal Clinical Director provides leadership and supervision for all clinical activities of the Evoling Hearts Intensive Treatment Program, promoting the highest standards of care and accountability to service excellence to directly impact client retention and treatment outcomes. Additionally, this position directs and provides leadership to clinical operations and admissions processes.
Treatment Specialist meets minimum requirement as a Licensed as a psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or registered nurse.
Additionally, the Clinical Director will work in tandem with a Treatement Team, BCBA, and Center Leadership toward a shared vision of treating CPS children 5-17 with special needs within the Evoling Hearts Intensive Treatment Program and to maintain an elite reputation of Evolving Hearts clinical services.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.67 - $20.76 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
